Hello, its been long since i blog. Today i usher the into new year
alone. My baby is working afternoon shift. How sad. Anyways a lot of things happened in
December. Too many things. Some pleasant, some unpleasant...the worst of all is that my pet hamster
Itam, died on
Christmas Day. I cried real hard. I felt so sad. Fendi buried her in the evening. I am now very busy preparing for my marriage. Stress seh ! Broke pulak tu ! Dat day went to
ROMM to register my marriage wif Fendi and my dad.....ader pulak
conflict pasal timing nak nikah. Aaahhhh...I dun wanna talk about it, anyways my parents already gave in to make it lepas asar. Leceh ah nak panjang2 kan cerita ni. Malas pun nak berbual about it. Buat aku boring aje.
Oh ya, on 17th December my company had dinner & dance at
Changi Village Hotel (jauh nak mampos seh !) but this year was really different. We had staff performance which made the whole company so happy, the emcee was really great,
two thumbs up for EventLink. The whole night was so entertaining, not dry. Too bad i didn't snap shots with my camera coz I was so busy at the counter. Maklumlah, this year committee member. But it was a succcess. Everybody commented good and am
proud to be the committee member this year. This year no theme, so I just dress simply. Just a black Indie black flowy
Esprit top with pants. Barely have any make up on ma face. I hate putting on makeup. If i can get the CD ROm with the the pix from our official photographer i will pose it up ok. Right now i only have the glamour shots taken with the committee members and Kak Noraini and Kak Leha. But the best event of the night gotta be me winning the
best employee award for the
Sales department. Never expected my name to be called up so thats why i took quite a while to go on the stage to receive the award. Hahaha..what a big joke...Not bad huh....But hey I really work my ass off man this year. I had to juggle with my neverending work, with my social committee meetings and commitments, being organiser within my own department and having to juggle with my personal life. ITs really not easy. But hey the year is almost ending and lets start a new chapter.
The week after D&D i was supposed to organise a
BBQ gathering for my dept and Barwil Sales people. This time I was really pissed when organising the BBQ. U know Dec is always the time people go on leave...and so I was supposed to help them out. Do you know how stressful it is. U cannot even cope doing your own things...and now you have to do other people's stuff. Plus one high class colleague of mine is always asking me how's the food. I barely have time to do my work and I have to organise this when that person have all the time in the world, decorate christmas tree, walk around talking to other colleagues ? I was so damn bloody pissed off !!! But anyways the BBQ went well, except for the rain. I didn't bring camera though so no pictures.
Yesterday we had
pot luck party at the office. Everybody is supposed to contribute one dish and so i volunteered to do finger food. I ask my mum to fry nuggets, that dory fish in bread crumbs and also hotdogs. Quite fun though and a lot of food ! Then met
Farah yesterday to catch up. Been quite a while since I met her.
Next week, we all tot of driving up to
Johor to do my wedding invitation card. One night stay in Benut, ok lah tu...just think of it as a short getaway. Now no money and time to go for a short holiday. Sorry Lene, Batam trip have to cancel. Who knows me and Fendi decides to have a
private wedding party by the pool at
Harris. Haha!
Ok, thats it for now. By the way I have recovered... am no more feeling down like I did two months ago. I wanna feel happy so that I'll look pretty on my wedding day which will be in
